Who We Are
Badger Property Management is run by a local husband-and-wife team. Cory leads the day-to-day management operations, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience as a licensed contractor and HVAC technician. Megan, a licensed realtor, supports the business behind the scenes by evaluating market trends and home values, though she's not involved in day-to-day management. She also helps investors grow their rental portfolios by identifying great property opportunities, whether they’re rent-ready or in need of Cory’s renovation expertise to maximize ROI.
